Dancer Saquan Williams was born and raised in Hoboken. He attended Wallace Primary School and Hoboken High School where his love for Theatre and Dance began. Throughout the years Saquan had taken part in many different projects, theater camps, and starred in almost every musical in town. He has been nominated for Paper Mill Playhouse’s "Rising Star" award twice and has taken part in their Summer Conservatory where his love for the arts grew stronger. Saqaun went on to receive his Bachelors of Art in Theatre Arts and a concentration in dance from Centenary College of New Jersey. There he became an EMC, as he had the chance to take part in several Equity shows and began to collect his points as a candidate of the union. Soon after graduation he started a life of teaching, in which he takes after his brother Derrick Ladson. He has taught all ages, from 4 to over 50. Saquan moved back to Hoboken about a year ago from Orlando, FL where he worked as a professional dancer at Walt Disney World.
